How do I turn my contacts into a Microsoft Word format directory?

I would like to turn a list of contacts into a word format directory. Is it
possible to export them to Word? Is there another way to do this?

Use a mail merge.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as mailing
labels, envelopes, or address lists. For an overview of these functions take
