Using Office 2003. In Outlook in a new email message when i click 'to' and
the contact list appears, how can i have the names listed last name first
instead of first name first? In my contacts they are listed last name first
already and I can't figure why it's not coming up that way on new emails.
seems simple. can you help?

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change… > Set your sort order there
