Have imported my address list from xls into Outlook and Outlook has merged three xls address fields into one 'mailing address' field. Ideally I'd like the address fields to be kept seperate, does anyone have any ideas? Cheers - Bob Pls. provide more information. [quoted text clipped - 3 lines] > > Cheers - Bob If you're referring to 3 separate "street address" lines (whether Business, Home, or Other) - Outlook does not maintain these as separate fields. The Street Address is maintained as one field and if you export it, it in turn will be exported as one field with a <CR> after each individual street address line (which allows it to be easily used in any mail merge process). All other address related fields are maintained separately as Sue Mosher noted in her response.
