Hi all,

I am using Outlook Live on my laptop which syncs with my MSN account. I also
have a PDA running Windows Mobile 2003 SE which syncs with my laptop by
Activesync. When I signed up for Outlook live and synchronized with my MSN
account all of my contacts uploaded to MS servers but then all my contacts
got screwed up on both my laptop and Pocket PC. I think they are all being
sorted by their quickname/nickname. Is there any way to stop this as I do
not use the quickname/nickname feature anyway and would like all my contacts
sorted by Company name.

Thanks for any replies.

If nickname or autocomplete is turned off, then that's not the culprit.
That data is stored in a file apart from your Contacts.
