Can the names in a distribution list be made invisable when being used to send an email. I have approx 10 email addresses in a distribution list. I want to send the same email to all but i don't want the recipients seeing each others email addresses. Is this possible, if so can someone tell me how as i don't want to send the same email 10 times. Thanking you inadvance Russell Put the addresses in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field of the mail header. If that field doesn't show while you're composing a E-mail go to the View menu and select 'BCC Field'.
