We have two user sharing Windows XP,  Each user has their own e-mail address
and mail box.  Sometimes mail intended for one use is recieved by the other
user. Can you furnish any explanation or suggestions?  Thank you.

Not until you explain what you mean by "own e-mail-address and mail box,"
what version of Outlook you are using and how you have it configured for
each user.
