I would like to import my address list and my folder list from Comcast.net
into Outlook. They only support Outlook Express.
I have tried to export from Comcast, but it wants to put everything in Excel
spreadsheet.

You mean you tried to export from Outlook Express, right?
Comcast is your ISP, not your email client.
You would do this in Outlook by importing from Outlook Express.
In Outlook, File > Import and Export > Internet Mail and addresses...

Russ, Have you had any problems with receiving email from me from Outlook.
I am getting confused (again) about how to import address book from Outlook
Express or my ISP and yes they must have their own email stuff. I can't paste
the pictures in here from comcast.net that I saved in word .doc
Some thing is getting confused with .csv and .cvs in Outlook 2003. I will
try again.
Thanks, Kathie

Let's just start with the basics.
Clarify what type of email account this is (HTTP, IMAP, or POP3/SMTP).
Clarify what email program you use to read your mail now.
