I have a user who received a bunch of contacts from his brother. They
appear at the bottom of an email, and when you open them, they open up
as a normal contact. He clicks on "Save and Close", and it closes, but
doesn't show up in his contacts. If we open up the contact, then pick
"Export to a Vcard file", and save that, then open up the Vcard file,
we can click on "Save and Close", and that goes right into the contact
list.
How do we get contacts that are in .msg format to save to the contact
list?
His computer is running Windows XP pro, Outlook 2000sp3, and we are
using Exchange.
I am able to duplicate the issue on my machine, which is XP pro running
Outlook 2003sp1.
Thanks

Drag them from the message into the Contacts folder.
