All of my contacts from my old computer were imported into the contacts file in my new Outlook. But when I am creating a new message, and click on the address book icon to the left of the address line, the address book comes up empty. How do I get my contacts into my personal address book.? Make sure you use the Outlook Address Book, not the Personal Address Book. Thanks Russ I followed the instruction by going to File, Folder, properties for Contacts folder, Outlook Address Book, but the program won't let me check the "show this folder as an email address book" box.
