I'd really like to eliminate duplicates as well? Can anyone help?

Sorry- first time on this site. I have three contact lists in outlook that
contain many of the same contacts. I want to merge the lists into one and
eliminate all duplicates. Is there a way to do this? Whilst on the question,
Mya ddress bok and contacts list are different I note but when I synch my
telphone with Outlook it seesm to copy both. Perhaps this laer question
should be directed to "mobilephonetools" for Motorola? Thank you.

You can easily copy the contents of one Contacts Folder to another in
Outlook, then use one of the many duplicate checkers to eliminate the
duplicates:

Your second question does not fit with reality. The Outlook Address Book
cannot differ from Contacts. The Outlook Address Book is just another view
of your Contacts. It contains no data of its own.
