I can't add a new contact, it's saying contact your administrator

I add and edit my contacts on a regular basis. About a week ago I went into
add a new contact and I received a message that says. "The form required to
view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator." I'm not
sure what to do becasue I'm the only one that uses this computer and I don't
have an administrator, I am the administrator. Can you help?

Thank you for responding. My version is Microsoft Version 2003. The steps I
took were to click on the navigator button that says add a new contact, and
that is the message that appeared, does that help? Please be patient with me,
I'm a new user.

What I was trying to determine is whether you had made any changes to your
setup or configuration just before you started receiving these error
messages. They suggest that you have a corrupt forms cache and I was
interested in knowing what corrupted it.
