WHEN SENDING AN EMAIL TO A DISTRIBUTION LIST WE WANT THE RECIPIENTS TO ONLY
SEE THEIR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE 'TO' FIELD. WE DO NOT WANT ALL RECIPIENTS
TO SEE THE EMAIL ADDRESSES OF THE ENTIRE DISTRIBUTION LIST.

HOW CAN WE IMPLEMENT THIS RESTRICTION, THANKS.

Turn off you Caps key.
Do not use a DL.
To individualize messages requires you to use a mail merge to electronic
mail. Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form
Letters, mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview
of these functions take a look here:

Also, if privacy is your only concern and not individualizing messages, just
use the BCC field to hide recipient names.
