I just installed Microsoft Office Outlook and am trying to import my email folders from Outlook Express. During the send/receive process, I keep getting an error message saying task "mail.comcast.net - Receiving' reported error (Ox8004210E): "Your mailbox is temporarliy unavailable because antoerh e-mail message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded: -ERR box locked". Please help me  SignatureJanice Alsup This is a confusing post. If you are trying to import mail folders from Outlook Express, why would you use Send/Receive? That polls your mail server for new mail. You would use either Outlook's import Wizard (File > Import and Export...) or Outlook Express' export wizard to transfer mail files from one program to the other. The latter is preferred because it will preserve more information. Your Send/Receive errors indicate that you do not have your mail account configured correctly in Outlook or that you are trying to download mail at the same time Outlook Express is.
