Mail Merge Fields-Other Items

Have contacts with home phone #'s in the "home" field under phone numbers in
contact pane.  When I insert either the field "home phone" or "phone" from
other items in an MS Word mailmerge, even though the contact record has data
in the "home phone" field, the data does not display in the merged document.

If you want to use an Outlook field in a merge, start the merge from
Outlook, not Word.
