Another Question about Distribution Lists

Ouutlook 2003.  Okay it looks like if you build your distribution list (DL)
by using the "Select Members" button in the DL editor, then you get a
connection to the address card in Contacts.  Then when an email address is
changed in one of the contacts contained in the DL, using the "Update Now"
button updates the email address in the DL.

Now for the problem.  Somewhere in our change over to Exchange Server (or at
some other point) the entries in my distribution lists have lost their
connection with the associated address cards in Contacts.  The icon has
changed from a little card with a face on it to just a little card (like the
one you get when you use the "Add New" button in the DL editor and thus have
no connection to a Contacts address card).  Now the question.  How may I
"reconnect" these entries in the DLs to the address card in Contacts without
rebuilding the DLs?

See my other reply. Contacts created in other installations or versions will
not work. You must create the Contact in the same installation in which you
create the DL.
