Auto add address from sent mail ?

How do I set up my address book to recieve email addresses automatically when
I send mail ?

I want to be able to reply to messages and save address at same time.

You did not post your Outlook version.
Current versions already add recipients automatically to your autocompletion
cache.
No full versions of Outlook ever had the ability to add recipients
automatically to your Contacts Folder. Only the long abandoned IMO mode of
Outlook 98/2000 did that. To automatically add the email address of people
you respond to to your Contacts Folder requires code:
