How can I send a contact group (dl) to friend (Outlook Express 6)

I have set up a new group of email addresses and need to share this with
others. I cannot see how I can insert it in an email or export it for them to
import (as a group not as individual email addresses). Please help...

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.

There doesn't appear to be an Outlook Express newsgroup. Where can I find it
