Show contacts as an e-mail address book grayed out

The "show this folder as an e-mail address book" check box is grayed out. As
a result I am not able to check it. Any suggestions???

I have also added the "outlook address book" to my profile. The box remained
grayed out.

I'm sorry..............the version is outlook 2002 sp3. I provided the wrong
version in a prior reply.

Problem solved! I removed the outlook address book service and closed
outlook, then added it again and closed outlook again. It is now ok.
