Is there an easy way to change the name of a company for all contacts under
the same company without having to change each one individually?

Try this (hope I explain it well):
- create a list view of your contacts folder grouped by company name
- Change the company name in one of the contacts. This should create a new
grouping for the new company name
- Drag & drop the grouping header for the old company name on to the new
company name grouping. That should change all the contacts

Hi,
Open Outlook, select the contacts folder then click View > Arrange By > Current View > Phone List. This view will allow you to quickly copy and paste the company name into many
contacts.
