I recently had to reinstall my Outlook file from a back-up.

After this, all my contacts show a blank "File As" field (the info that's
shown in the gray bar on the Address Book Outlook Contacts view).

In addition, while the address for each contact shows up in the Address Book
view, when I open the contact itself (by double-clicking), the address field
is blank and the Address shows on the contacts field at the lower right.

Obviously, with 600+ contacts I'm hoping for a fix on this.

Any advice would be helpful.
