I put a client and spouse in Outlook in the contact.  I want to put both
spouses birthdays so they will both show up annually in my calendar.  How do
I do this?

The quickest way is to create multiple contacts. If you want to group them
together you can try using the company name field to link the contacts into
a coherent group
