MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / June 2005Categories Master List should be brought along when importing
Periodic changes to my PDA outlook, Office outlook and sharing of outclook contacts with assoicates are a regular function of my work. Unfortunately, the categoryies do come along, but not the master category list. this is annoying as the master category list needs to be entered manually each time... resulting in an extensive waste of time. How can I bring along the Masater Category List? How can I make less time-consuming Master Category entries?
