Hello,

I'v create 2-3 sub folder inside the Contact main folder. From a mail
messages I wants to save the senders address to the sub folder by right
clicking on the senders address.

When I right click on the senders mail address there are no newly created
sub folder's name appeares in the menu . Only "Add to Outlook Contacts"
available.

How can I get the other folders name in the menu. So that I could directly
save the address to my intended folder.

Thanks

You can't. You can add addresses only to main Contacts-folder by right
clicking.

Choose Add to Contacts and when the contact opens, choose File | Move to Folder instead of Save and Close.
