How do I Publish a form in outlook

I have downloaded outlook company updater(Company.zip) and unzipped it. I am
then supposed to open Company.oft in Outlook and Publish the form. For a
complete novice, how do I do this step by step.

Choose Tools | Forms | Publish Form, select a location, then click OK. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/formpub.htm for more information.
