How do I view Word documents in Outlook 2003

My Journal contains emails and meetings, but no Word documents. I'm using a
folder for MS Office files rather than the default. The docs are there but
don't show in the Journal even though I've selected the Word option to record
files from.  ???

Are you using Word 2003?
