Once I "Find" a group of contacts, is there any way I can change or fill one
of the fields inside the contact record to all of the same value?

Example, Fill "User Field 1" with "Customer".

Thanks for your help!

You can use the grouping method described at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/searchreplacecompany.htm

THis sound great if I want to change everyone in the group. What if I want to
change 30 out of the 100 in the group?

Just drag the ones you want to change to the User Field 1 group that has that field set to the value you want.
