how do I only look at categorized contacts?

I have my contacts categorized, but when I try to only see one category with
all the contacts...it won't show? It's very frustrating....I'm a Realtor and
sometimes I only want to e-mail clients....or Agents.....it's not allowing me
to do so...HELP:)

Do you mean View>Arrange By>Current View>By Category doesn't work?

You could also make a new view - Define Views (on the Current View window
drop down box). That only shows items of that specific category.
