Outlook 2000 e-mail restrictions

I have run into lots of problems in the office due to virusus coming in. Is
there a way in Outlook to set up some type of rule to restrict all e-mails to
be automatically deleted unless it is part of the contact list. Please if you
have any suggestions inform me.

That feature was added in Outlook 2002. There's no easy way to do it in earlier versions.
