I have Outlook 2000.  I am trying to print a hard copy of my contacts folder.
In that folder I have a seperate list called Directory.  This is the file I
am trying to print.  When I go to print, it will print all fields, however,
in the email field, it will only print the person's name, not their email
address.  I need the email addresses to print, not the shortcut.  How do I
get it to print them?

You must place the field you want to print in the view you are printing.
Most of us use mail merges to customize printing so we can select what we
want to print and in what format.
