I am trying to print my contacts list into a Medium Booklet format. Some of
my contacts have a large amount of information in the notes section, but
Outlook only prints part of this information, even though there is room on
the page to print everything. It appears that Outlook has a maximum number
of characters or rows it will print for each contact, but I can't find where
this setting would be or how I can get around it.
Has anyone else had this problem and have you found a solution?
Lori
G'Day Lori,
Basically you can't. Outlook reporting starts out well, but
starts to keel over the more you demand!
All, however, is not lost.
See:
http://www.windowsitpro.com/Article/ArticleID/25809/25809.html
and
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/mailmerge.htm
use Mailmerge FROM Outlook to Word to create a printable list.
Or:
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/print.htm
uses Access (linked to Outlook) as the reporting tool.

PS
If this technique give you the desired outcome, remember that
Word also can print a "booklet".
