Where does Outlook save a published form (The complete Path)

I need to be able to find customized contact forms that I have created in
Outlook 2002. I have tried the search method and to no avail.

Forms are stored as hidden messages. You can see them with the MFCMAPI or Outlook Spy tool.

I am not familier with either of these answers... "MFCMAPI or Outlook Spy
tool" Could you explain just a bit more?
