Ive seen a dozen posts people who cant get this to work,

I want to set up a rule as such:

If SentTo = 'myemail2@server.com' Then
   Forward to MyDistroList
       Through Account 'someOutlookEmailAccount'

When i try to select "MyDistroList", i get an error about how its
a personal distro list and cannot be used with this feature. I only use
Outlook "personally". I do not connect to any exchange servers,
i only connect to POP3 email accounts.

I want to be able to forward emails to a group of people.
I DONT want that when people join or leave the group I
have to go add them everywhere, i should be able to just
add them to the distro list and be done with it.

I dont see anywhere to be able to forward it through a *specific*
account. I have several accounts, but i want when i forward this
it should go out through a certain one.
