file as first name and last name

i am using outlook 2003. "file as" in my contact has been set as first name
,last name. after exporting my contacts to excel for some editing and
importing back to contact changes all "file as" to last name, first name. i
syncronise my outlook with my xda 02 and i find it hard to find a name by
first name because all contacts are in last name, first name order.

Your settings will not be applied to Contacts that are imported.
You will have to use code to change them back after you import.
