How do I get my address book from MSN into Outlook?

I can't find a way to get my MSN contacts imported into Outlook .... any ideas?

use intellisync? it says you need to be a subscriber to use it though. if
you subscribe to msn premium and use ol2002/2003 you can use the outlok
connector to pull the addresses down.
