is there a way to add a a recurrence link dirrectly from the detail section
of the contact.  If not there should be.  I would like to be able to enter a
bithday of anniversary date and have it automatically added to my recurrence
calendar events.  This would be a real time saver instead of having to go to
the calendar and entering it all manually.

outlook has that feature - most people want to stop it from doing it.
