I want to create a DL with my contact that are filtered by Compagny. But
when I selected all the contacts from a company and then create a DL, I
don't find any menus or buttons to help me create a DL with that company's
contatcs. The only way that I found so far is to create a DL and the add the
contact one by one in the DL.

Correct. You can't do it.
The next question is why do you need to?
If you've already organized your Contacts by Company, you don't need a DL.
Just select the Company Header > Actions > New Message to Contact.
