Outlook should let me copy and read my contacts from disc

I am using a laptop and a pc and would like to copy my files from on to the
other, I have a fwe hundred contacts on each.  
Is there a good way to to do this?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
