No problem: Just have each user add the folders to Public Folders\Favorites and they'll automatically appear in the Contacts pane under Other Contacts.
Calendars work the same.

I see that the contacts will appear under Public Folders - Contacts.
But the end user has to have the Folder View set on (is there a way to permamently have this view on?)
THen browse through favorites and open the public folder.
Is there any way to make this as close as possible to looking like it is their personal contacts? Is there anyway to remap the public folder to the users personal contacts?
This also makes syncronizing with PDAs easier. Currently I have to buy intellisync for each user who wants the public folders on their PDA.
The end goal is to have everyone looking at the public folders as if it was their own.
Thanks for the input Sue, I sure do appreciate the MVPs out there!
