If I send out my v-card with my info on it, will it also show all of my
e-mail correspondence and Word files if someone clicks on the Activities
tab?

I was editing my contact info on my v-card and clicked the Activities tab,
and alot of personal correspondence was listed there from past e-mails.

Is there a way to block that from being sent out with my e-mails, even
though I want my v-card to be attached as well, minus my personal journal
and e-mails?
