What is Global Contacts? A public folder? An address list in the GAL?

Hi Sue, Global contact is standard part of the Microsoft Outlook and Exchange
provision that comes with Office Pro. It is version of Contacts that is
available to all users on the same exchange server. We use it as our main
compay wide contacts database for all suppliers, customers and contacts that
are relating to our business activities. It is not part of the Global Address
List. It is part of the Public Folders Set. Hope this helps?

In that case, you could create a new custom contact form, publish it to that folder, and make the changes necessary to have all items in that folder use it. See:
