HOW AN I OPEN MY CONTACT FOLDER AND MY MAIL FOLDER AT THE SAME TIME IN THE NAVIGATION PANE LIKE I CAN IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS? Outlook doesn't do that. You'd need to open them in two separate windows. You can right-click on any folder and choose Open in New Window. Please turn off the All Caps key. It's considered shouting.
