The procedure for printing a single envelope directly from an Outlook contact is far too complex to be useful. Compare the instructions at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011309901033.aspx is far too involved. Cutting and pasting the information is simpler. Addressing and printing an envelope should be a one-click operation. It is pretty simple if you do it from Word.
