I would like my email address book saved to a disk in case of a computer crash and I can't seem to find this answer anywhere (it would seem like many other people would like to know that info). I am really a very simplistic person so help, please, in extremely first-grade language! Your Contacts are in your PST along with all your other Outlook data like Calendar, E-mail, Tasks, and so on. Just make a copy of your PST file (with Outlook closed).
