How can I create/modifiy the custom fields in Outlook 2k3?
I have a cvs file and it has some un-used fields that outlook doesn't have.
I tried modifing the form and got it to look the way I want it with my
custom fields but durning the import it has just the standard map fields.
Maybe I am desining my form wrong?

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form or custom fields. You'd have to write custom code or use a third-party application. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm.
