When you want to print adress labels for snail mail, which some of us still
use a lot, you have to import the data fra Outlook into Word. Why can't
Outlook print labels directly - by using a simple form containing name,
adress and label size?

Because Outlook is not a word processor, nor do you really want it to be.
You do not need to export any data. Just start a mail merge from Outlook to
print your labels.
