How do you sort the address book alphabetically, LN, FN for lookup when
creating a new email?  When I click on "TO" the contact list comes up FN LN.

You don't state your version of Outlook.  For OL 2002/2003, click
Tools>E_mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next.  Select Outlook Address Book and click Change.  Pick the display
order with one of the radio buttons at the bottom.  Click Close, then
Finish.
