When I go to send email and click on the TO button, my contacts show multiple
entries for the same person.  If  I delete the contacts fax number, I see
only 1 entry.  How can I keep all the information of the contact and still
one see one entry ??

Thanks

Outlook considers fax numbers to be valid electronic addresses and so
displays them in the address book.  If you don't want to see them, either
remove them altogether, put them in another, non-phone field, or change them
so Outlook doesn't recognize them as fax numbers by, say, prepending a
character string, like "F" or "FAX" to them.  You can also use a third-party
tool like
http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Hide-Fax-Numbers.asp?Source=RS .  And
as Robert says, "Specify the code 'BH93RF24' for a discount".
