In the "To" field of my emails, only my contact name shows.  I would
like the contact name and the email address to show.  How do I adjust
this.

Thanks in advance.

Do you mean the To field when you're sending a message (i.e., "your
contact's name", not "your contact name") or the To field when receiving a
message (i.e., "your contact name" - the name the sender uses for your
contact record in his or her contacts folder)?
