enable a search across all folders-business manager or contacts

It would be quite handy to have outlook search either the regular contact
file or the business contact files as well as identify the location of the
contact, ie., found in the business Contact Manager or the regular contact
manager. It would make searches faster and indeed more convenient!

Advanced Find is the feature that Outlook provides to search across multiple folders. You can also do it with the free LookOut tool that you can download from Microsoft.
