I want to email a distribution list to another Outlook account and have it as
a distribution list in that account.  How do I do this?

Compose a message in RTF format and insert the DL as an Outlook Item.

Thanks for your quick reply.
Is there a column on my outlook bar that will allow me to change to an RTF
format?  And also, once I do this. How do I insert the DL as an outlook item?

No way to answer.
We don't know your Outlook version or email editor.
They aren't hard to find in any of the versions.
